What services do you offer?
We provide reliable, professional pet care tailored to your pet's needs. Our services include solo and group dog walks, pet sitting (short and long stays) and drop-in visits for feeding, companionship, toilet breaks and general care. We have experience caring for dogs, cats, rabbits, birds and other small pets of all ages and breeds, giving you peace of mind while your pets stay happy and comfortable in their own home.
Am I insured?
Yes! Applin Pet Services is fully insured through Protectivity, giving you complete peace of mind whenever your pets are in my care. My specialist pet business insurance is designed specifically for professional pet care services and covers dog walking, pet sitting and drop-in visits.
Will I get updates?
Absolutely! I'll keep you updated throughout every visit with text messages and photos so you can see how your pet is getting on. You'll also receive a final update after the service, letting you know how they spent their time and that they're happy, safe and well cared for.
How do I get started?
Getting started is simple! Complete the contact form on the website or email hello@applinpetservices.com with details about you, your pet and the service you're looking for.
I'll then arrange a quick phone call to discuss your pet's needs and answer any questions, followed by a meet and greet in your pet's home so we can get to know each other. Once you're happy, we'll confirm the details, schedule your bookings and you're all set!
What happens in an emergency?
Your pet's safety is always our top priority. In the unlikely event of an emergency, We will act quickly, contact you straight away and, if needed, your nominated emergency contact.
If veterinary treatment is required, we will take your pet to your registered vet and stay with them where possible, keeping you informed throughout. Before any service begins, we will collect your vet's details, emergency contacts and any important medical information so we can respond quickly and confidently if the unexpected happens.
